For children, these sessions are designed to support and complement their existing dance training. Working one-to-one allows us to focus on specific areas, improve technique, build strength and confidence, and work towards personalised goals that help them progress in their ballet journey.
For adults, I offer personalised ballet-inspired fitness classes. Together we can discuss your goals—whether that’s improving strength, posture, flexibility, or simply enjoying movement—and create a plan that helps you achieve them in a supportive and motivating environment.
